The pay station accepts credit and debit cards. Cash is not accepted. You can also pay in the Hurricane Express Wash app.
How do I cancel or pause my membership?
We recommend calling or texting our Customer Care team at 855-239-4601 first, at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. They can cancel or pause your membership, or move you to a lower plan if that suits you better. You can also cancel in the app: tap the three dots at the bottom right of the home screen, then User Settings, Manage Membership and Cancel Plan. Promotional rates end when a membership is cancelled. Our Customer Care Center is open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM ET.
